When you are looking for a hypnotherapist, you will probably want to know: Can I trust her and is she going to help me? That depends on a lot of factors. One of which is the interpersonal relationship between client and therapist. Therapy, especially hypnotherapy, is a two-way street. We will work together to achieve your goals. Therefore, you should always search for a therapist who you feel comfortable working with. Feel free to schedule a free consultation to find out if that person is me.

In brief, CBT in combination with hypnosis can be very effective for a variety of concerns and is one of the briefest forms of psychological therapy.

Background & Education
A friend once told me that in Buddhism it is considered a wise decision to take the difficult road rather than to choose the easy option. My life certainly had plenty of moments when I decided to travel along a challenging path, even though I didn't necessarily describe it as "wise" at that point. I grew up in Germany, moved to Ireland after I finished school and then decided to go somewhere sunnier. I spent about 5 years in Gibraltar before I moved across the border to Spain, where I might have found my forever home - we'll see.
When I started my first hypnotherapy course, it all began to make sense. The zigzag road of my life had let me here. All of my skills, experiences, interests and the knowledge that I had gained so far, fell into place. Now it is time to apply it to help you, help yourself overcome anything that might be holding you back - and to gather new experiences, interests and further knowledge for the future!
